Aunt Lucille's Pumpkin Bread

Makes 2 loaves

3 1/2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin

Combine all ingredients and pour half of mixture in loaf pan. (remember, it makes 2) Bake at 350 for one hour.

Cream Cheese Frosting
2/3 c. cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugar. Beat until smooth.
