Asian Flank Steak Marinade

from Cooking Light

3.4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped scallions
1 1/2 T sesame oil

Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; add 1-pound flank steak trimmed. Seal bag and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. When ready to cook, remove steak from bag, and discard marinade. Grill steak 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from grill, and cut diagonally across grain into 1/4-1/2-inch-thick slices. Serves 4.
