HSS RS Confrence Chicken Salad










- 4 cups seasoned and grilled chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 cups seedless grapes - green or purple
-1 15 oz. can pineapple chunks, well drained
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 T. mustard mixed with 1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1 5 oz. can Chowmein noodles
- lettuce & tomato

optional ingredients:
- 1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
-1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped

Mix all ingredients except Chowmein noodles, chill in refrigerator. Just before serving, top with noodles. Serve on bakery rolls, with lettuce and tomato.
