Sweet & Savory Meatballs

for meatballs:

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 small cove garlic
- olive oil for browning

...or I just use the Sam's Club meatballs - they are easier and very yummy.

for the sauce:

- 1 jar canned tomatoes (or 1 large can)
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- dash freshly ground black pepper
- 1 can Golden Mushroom Soup

Combine and heat, throwing meatballs in to warm through. Serve over egg noodles.
